Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of this website; by using this website, you accept these terms and conditions completely. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use this website.

 

Contract

These terms and conditions legally represented by the shareholder Mr. Rahmé; apply to all of Rahme & Co. sales whether it takes place in the shop or on the online store.

 

Conclusion of Contract

The purchased items that are designated on the internet store of Rahme & Co., are offered subject to actual availability. The photographs are just light pictures, so only represent the same kind, but not the actual existing objects of purchase. When the buyer chooses to purchase items on the online store, he creates an order by electronic via. The buyer will receive after the order a confirmation of invoice due to his order. This is not about accepting an offer. Rahme & Co. checks the availability of the requested purchase item and notifies the buyer within 3 working days by e-mail if the concrete object of purchase is available. If there is availability, Rahme & Co. prepare the invoice using another e-mail and send it at the same time. In case of non-availability of the purchased item in the store, Rahme & Co. explains this with the result that, in respect of unavailable parts it might takes from one to three weeks for top to provide it. Rahme & Co. expressly reserves the right to make a cancellation of the order. A legally binding contract comes into existence only in terms of available parts. The buyer has no right to make the effectiveness of its offer conditional on all available items ordered. Rahme & Co. assumes no liability for ensuring that all parts designated on the internet store are actually available.

 

Quality Classes

The items in Rahme & Co. are used parts of different qualities; whether they are offered in the shop or on the online store. These are the following qualities:

Used Class A,
Used Class B and
Used Class C.

All parts may have damage. To which possible damage can be, in which quality class act; Rahme & Co. has defined in its "Description of qualities" in detail. This description is accompanied by the Terms and Conditions attached. You can always check in the online shop the quality classes under the ''Quality'' in the menu.

 

Payment

The acceptable methods of payment are either Cash at the retail shop of Rahme & Co. or Bank transfer. Our term is payment of the invoice in full within seven working days from the acceptance by Rahme & Co., otherwise, we are obliged to cancel the order. All goods remain the property of the Company until paid in full. Cash on delivery or check is not possible. Notice: Packaging and shipping as well as other additional services are extra.

 

Shipping Policies

We ship the goods worldwide. Rahme & Co. is not responsible of any delay or damaged item during the shipping. Please notice that all packages shipped abroad Lebanon are automatically insured. As a result, in case of lost item during the shipping Rahme & Co will acquire the amount from the insurance company and it will be refunded to the buyer or replaced by another same item if it is available in the stock. To check the shipping costs, time of delivery and the kind of shipping please send us an email or call us for further information about shipping. Shipping will be paid at the same time of purchase, after it is agreed by both of the Company and the Client.

 

Refund / Return Policy

Once the item is already by the buyer it can't be replaced or returned no matter what are the cases.
Rahme & Co. is totally responsible for the conformity of the part number with the object of purchase. However, it is not liable for that the object of purchase is the same that the client has meant to buy. In these cases we recommend the buyer to hand the Vehicle identification number (VIN) to verify the match between the part number with the desired object of purchase. We do not guarantee that the item descriptions on the online store do match the real part. That's why the client should contact us for more information about the needed item before it is ordered. By that we avoid any frictions or troubles with the refund / return policy.

 

Cancellation Policy

An item can be cancelled by the client in 24 hours via email: mb@rahme.de, after that duration cancellation is not allowed. Once payment has been processed, it cannot be returned to the buyer; it's his responsibility.

 

Privacy Policy

We, Rahme & Co, represented by the shareholders Mr. Rahme, take the protection of your personal data very seriously and adhere strictly to the rules of data protection laws. Personal data is collected on this website only for technical purposes. In no case will this information be sold or otherwise transferred to third parties. The following declaration gives you an overview of how we guarantee this protection and what kind of data is collected and for which purpose.

 

Security of your personal data

Rahme & Co. secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. Also, Rahme & Co. ensure that your personal identifiable information provided on the computer servers are in a controlled and secure environment. The transfer of your data to our website success is not encrypted. Please note that personal information it may be collected and used by other users in any public areas, public message boards.

 

Changes to this agreement

Rahme & Co. reserves the right to modify these Terms of service at any time. In these cases, we will update our privacy policy accordingly. Therefore, we ask that you check and review this agreement for such changes. Should you not agree to any of the new changes, we ask and advise that you do not continue to access Rahme & Co. website immediately.

 

Information's right

You always have the right to receive information regarding your personal data. This kind of information can be requested under mb@rahme.de.

 

Underage

Persons under the age of 18 should not send to us any personal data without the consent or guardians of their parents. We do not request personal information from underage persons.

 

Warranty Policy

There are no warranties on the purchased items. In the online store photographs do not match the original items offered by Rahme & Co., they are only to similar item.
